C.A.M.R.Y. History

C.A.M.R.Y. (Christs Arms May Reach You) was birthed through prayer. In 2018 Randy Biaselli Sr. along with a few others began to pray throughout the streets of Rochester, NY. They simply knew the city needed Jesus. In 2019 Randy’s call was recognized and affirmed. Randy was ordained as a Minister by Bishop Dan Soto of the Lamp Community Church (Minister Randy’s home and sending church) Bishop Dan currently also serves as the Executive Director of CAMRY.

After Randy’s ordination in 2019, the prayer team began going to outpatient programs to pray for people. They ministered at nursing homes, soup kitchens, and anywhere where help was needed in the city of Rochester. They faithfully and consistently would minister daily even in the face of opposition and difficulty. Minister Randy and his prayer team then began praying for one-year outside of the Catholic Family Center. Through laboring in prayer and faithfully serving the city an outreach in a small room at the Elks place a block from the Catholic Family Center began. The first night only 1-person showed, but Minister Randy continued weekly. Soley seeking to serve and honor the Lord Jesus Christ.

Then in the Spring of 2019 an outdoor service was started across the street from the Elks place. In what CAMRY calls the “Red Front, Green Grass.” A field right next to the Red Front convenience store. The “green field” has been the sight of outdoor services and outreach every Thursday from May-October annually. During the colder months of November – April, CAMRY holds Thursday night service at the Salem church located at 60 Bittner St. (Diagonally across the street from the Red Front, Green Gass field).

Through the years of service God has raised up faithful men and women to serve as leaders for CAMRY. Pastor Steve Petrovich is an Associate Pastor of the LAMP Community Church and also the Worship Pastor of CAMRY. Steve’s wife Ruth, started preparing and serving hot meals to all who attend the services in 2022. Ruth has been appointed the Food Service Director of CAMRY.

In April of 2024 CAMRY officially became engrafted in as a local branch of Rescue and Revive Ministries. RRM mission remains one with CAMRY. Rescuing the lost and revive the saved with the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ.

At all of CAMRY’s services and local outreaches the lost, lonely and hurting receive groceries, a hot meal, clothing, and most importantly the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Minister Randy wants all to know that God birthed CAMRY through prayer and it is led by the Holy Spirit for the glory and honor of Jesus Christ.
